To turn insight into direction, bringing shape, meaning and coherence to everything that emerged in the first session.
Purpose:
To turn the information from Session 1 into a clear, aligned coaching focus.

Outcome:
You’ll have a sense of direction that feels aligned, grounded, and true to who you are becoming. You’ll begin to see how everything connects, giving you a clearer sense of what truly matters.

Intention:
To explore what’s been getting in the way, so you can begin to feel lighter and more open to new possibilities.
Purpose:
To create the internal shifts that make external change possible.

To embed the change, celebrate progress and agree future actions.
