I've created a coaching programme that gives women what they need, even though they may not realise it.

Abigail Evans, Founder

Abigail qualified as a Level 5 Professional Coach in May 2024 whilst in a corporate role in the Education Sector. Working at an executive level in a multi‑academy trust for over six years, she led on people, policy and procurement. This followed a successful career as a School Business Manager working in special education. Earlier in her career, Abigail utilised her creative skills in graphic design, marketing and project management within the fitness industry.

With over 30 years of professional experience in roles that deliver positive impact on people’s lives, Abigail brings a deep understanding of how individuals and systems interact.

Abigail also has lived experience of neurodivergence, both personally and within her wider family. She is mum to two autistic adult children with ADHD who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Abigail is extremely proud of both of them! The way she parents them has shaped the way she supports others with similar life experiences. Creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, heard and unmasked is deeply important to her.

Through The Coaching Bubble, Abigail draws on her extensive professional and personal experience to create even deeper, more sustainable impact, not only for individuals, but within the systems and cultures that shape how people thrive.
